Citco’s Talent Acquisition team manages the recruitment process, and it is designed to ensure we get the best possible fit between applicants and Citco. Setting you up for success is of paramount importance to us. With some variations depending on location, our recruitment process steps are:

  • Apply for a vacancy by submitting your CV/résumé through our careers page / online job portal.
  • Once you’ve applied for a specific vacancy you will receive an email confirmation from our Talent Acquisition team that your application has been received.
  • Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. As you can imagine, we receive many applications and want to review each thoroughly. This sometimes takes a few weeks, but we hope you understand that we want to give everyone a fair go.
  • If successful, you will be selected for interview by our Talent Acquisition team.
  • After a series of interviews the Talent Acquisition team will contact you to update you on the status of your application. If your application is progressed, the next stage of the recruitment process is to conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Subject to passing our pre-employment checks, an offer of employment will be made by a representative of the Citco Group of Companies.

Tracking Job Applications & Managing My Profile

Once you have submitted your application you’ll receive notification from our Talent Acquisition team that your application has been received. Once reviewed we will get in touch with you to update you on the status of your application.

Absolutely. Once you have created a profile online you can login any time and update your details and preferences.

If you wish to opt out of being considered for opportunities at Citco, you can log in to your account and update your preferences accordingly.

We have regional Talent Acquisition teams who manage job vacancies and review incoming applications to determine suitability. As you can imagine, we receive a significant volume of applicants and the team’s priority is to manage current openings. If your experience is a potential fit for a vacancy you have not considered, or an upcoming vacancy, the Talent Acquisition team will get in touch to discuss next steps.

Yes. If you have an active current profile on our career site, you will need to log in to the system to apply for a new vacancy if it’s of interest.

If you are selected for interview it’s because we want to know as much as we can about you to determine if we’re a good fit for each other. We have a rigorous interview and selection process, and recommend that you prepare adequately for interviews by researching our company, and ensure that you know how to relate your experience for the vacancy that you’re applying for.

 

Referring Jobs and/or Applicants

Whether you apply directly or have been referred by a Citco employee, our recruitment process remains the same. Once you’ve submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation from our Talent Acquisition team that your details have been received. Once reviewed, our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch to update you on the status of your application. 

Yes. However, we do not keep personal records on file indefinitely, so we would encourage you to check our careers page regularly and update your profile, or apply for new vacancies that are a match for your experience.

 

Student Questions

Different offices recruit for interns at different times of the year, depending on the needs within the business and academic calendars. We often do this in direct contact with universities, or advertise directly on our website. Please check our careers page for internships being offered – citco.com/careers

Agencies & Search Firms

The Citco Group of Companies does not accept unsolicited CVs/résumés from recruitment agencies or search firms. We ask that candidates who wish to be considered for job opportunities at Citco submit their applications directly online. If we seek the help of a recruitment agency or search firm we require a signed supplier agreement to be in place.
