Citco announces completion of the inaugural Citco Fund Services SOC 2 Type #1 report

New York, 4 December 2024 – The Citco group of companies (“Citco”) is pleased to announce, that as of September 30, 2024, the various Citco Fund Services companies (“CFS”) have successfully received a System and Organization Controls 2 (“SOC 2”) Type #1 certification from an independent auditing firm. The examination, in respect of the processes and controls within CFS, resulted in the provision of an unqualified audit opinion from an independent audit firm.

The 2024 SOC 2 Type #1 Report has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines contained in the United States Statement Attestation Standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and International Standard on Assurance Engagements (“ISAE”) 3000 and its related amendments and interpretations.

The overall scope of the 2024 SOC 2 Type #1 Report covers Citco’s information security posture and control processes designed and implemented to protect customer data. The independent examination consisted of an evaluation of the design effectiveness of IT systems and control processes that support the following Citco services:

• Investor Relations

The independent examination consisted of an evaluation of Citco’s control environment against the following Trust Services Criteria (“TSC”) and related COSO principles:
