Assessing Firm Culture and the Depth of the Talent Pool
On Monday 24 June 2019, we are holding a roundtable discussion focusing on how asset management firms have been addressing the large number of questions posed by the Central Bank about firms' culture which encompass diversity and inclusion issues, how decisions are made, etc., as well as examining the nature and quality of the existing Dublin talent pool versus the Central Bank’s increasing requirements for asset management firms.
Declan Quilligan, European Head of Hedge Funds, Citco Fund Services (Ireland) Limited, will join the panel at the Alternative Investment Management Association event co-hosted by Citco and Simmons & Simmons.
Other speakers include Fionán Breathnach (Partner, Simmons & Simmons) and Anne Keys (Managing Partner, The Panel). Jennifer Wood (Managing Director, Global Head of Asset Management Regulation & Sound Practices, AIMA) will be moderating the panel.
