Estonia has introduced updated regulation for declaring ultimate beneficial owners

In Finland, the Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing came into effect on 1st January 2019. It now requires that all private commercial legal entities registered in Finland provide information of their Ultimate Beneficial Owners ("UBO") to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
As of 11th May 2020, the state of emergency in Kazakhstan had ended by a presidential declaration. However, while the restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19 will gradually be eased or lifted in some cases, the threat of infections and cases spreading in some regions still remain.
