March 8 2022 - March 8^th marked International Women’s Day, with this year’s theme encouraging women to #BreakTheBias.

At Citco, we do our upmost to protect and respect gender equality – including countering unconscious bias.

In the last year we have had a number of milestones in this regard, including:

• Increasing our global headcount by an impressive 23%, of which 44% were women.
• Taking the number of women in our talented global work force to 47%.
• Having 40% female representation at manager and above grade level.

Women have had a critical role in making Citco a success, and to mark their achievements, we asked colleagues to join us in celebrating International Women’s Day throughout the month of March.
