United Kingdom: voluntary strike off process has been resumed
11 November, 2020 - Companies House has recently announced that the process for companies that have applied for voluntary strike off resumed on 10 September 2020. This process was halted in March as a response to coronavirus.
Companies House now accepts forms DS01 for a voluntary strike off. If there are no objections to dissolve the company within two months from the notice at the Gazette, the company will be struck off.
Any applications which have been suspended in March have now resumed. Compulsory strike off procedures are still suspended until further notice.
